Cora Technologies, LLC (“Cora” or “we” or “us”) takes privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains who we are, how we collect, share, and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. By "personal information" we mean broadly information that identifies you or relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you.
Our Privacy Policy applies to all users of all Cora websites, including www.cleancode.us (and any subdomains), and any Cora mobile application(s), and related services, information, or communications (collectively, the “Cleancode Platform”). This Privacy Policy applies to all visitor, subscribers, registered users and others who access or use the Cleancode Platform. By using the Cleancode Platform, you confirm that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. Additionally, when you use the Cleancode Platform , you agree to comply with our Website Terms of Use.
1. About Channel Program
The Cleancode Platform is a web-based two-sided platform which enables facility operators to implement a proper facility management strategy and cleaning industry best practices that prioritize occupant health and safety, including scheduling, tracking, managing and reporting maintenance and cleaning of each managed facility, while providing occupants visibility into such strategy and the ability to share their voice and contribute to the facility management strategy by way of feedback.
2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
We receive, store, and process certain types of personal information about you from your use of the Cleancode Platform, automatic data collection, and from certain third parties.
What Categories and Types of Information We Collect
We may collect, transmit and store information about you if you are a visitor or a registered user of the Cleancode Platform. We collect various categories of personal information when you use the Cleancode Platform. Over the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
How We Receive Personal Information
Directly from you. When you visit the Cleancode Platform, to create an account, to log-in as a registered user into your account, or when you scan one of the quick response (QR) codes associated with the Cleancode Platform, we will collect and store information associated with such usage.
Indirectly from you. When you navigate and interact with the Cleancode Platform, some information is automatically collected by cookies and other tracking technologies. Not all information collected may be personal information, and some cookies are necessary to use different functionalities of the Cleancode Platform. The personal information collected may include information about your computer and internet connection, like IP address, operating system, and browser type.
The technologies we use for the automatic data collection may include:
• Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Cleancode Platform. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Cleancode Platform.

Certain features of our Cleancode Platform may use locally stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our Cleancode Platform. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies.
• Web Beacons. Pages of our Cleancode Platform may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Cora, for example, to count users who have visited those pages and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
How We Receive Personal Information
We may use Personal Information as permitted by law, for the following business purposes:
To provide the Cleancode Platform and various functions related to services and benefits offered on the Cleancode Platform. When you create an account on the Cleancode Platform, we store and use the information you provide during that process. When you provide feedback concerning the facilities managed through the Cleancode Platform, we collect and use the information you provide, along with your IP address.
To fulfill any contact, communication, or content requests you make on the Cleancode Platform. When you make such a request, we will use the contact information you provided to deliver such content or communications to you.
To engage in research and analysis related to the Cleancode Platform. We store and use information to identify and fix errors, understand how visitors use the Cleancode Platform, research and test different features, and analyze how visitors arrive at and use our Cleancode Platform.
To personalize your experience. We store and use information provided by you to personalize and make recommendations to you based on your provided information.To improve and understand usage of the Cleancode Platform. We store and use information about your use of the Cleancode Platform, such as your pages viewed, and the date, time and duration of your visits, navigation paths between pages or screens, including referring and exiting pages or screens, to generally understand and improve usage of the Cleancode Platform.
To enhance the security of the Cleancode Platform. We store and use information to ensure the security of the Cleancode Platform. For example, we use the information collected by certain cookies to determine if you are logged in and to detect unauthorized access to your account.
To comply with legal obligations. We use and share your information as necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; we also may use and share your information to establish or exercise our legal rights, to defend against legal claims, or as otherwise required by law.
We may use and share your personal information when we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of Cora, Cleancode Platform visitors and registered users, our licensees, licensors, and others.We may use and share your personal information in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, investment, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy. We further reserve the right to share your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any proposed or actual merger, purchase, sale, or any other type of acquisition or restructuring that affects all or any portion of our assets.
3. Do-Not-Track
Cora does not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals. You may, however, adjust your preferences for certain tracking, for example, by disabling cookies or using ‘private’ or ‘incognito’ browsing modes.
4. How We Share Your Information
Cora may share your personal information with our service providers, our affiliates, and any other third parties whom you authorize us to share your information with. More detail about who we share your personal information with, and what types of personal information they receive from us, can be found above.
Sharing your content or feedback. When you post, upload, or otherwise provide feedback through the Cleancode Platform, any personal information you have associated with that content may be shared with our registered users or third party service providers to fulfill the purpose for which you shared the content, as addressed in more detail above.
Sharing with our service providers. Cora uses third party service providers to support or provide services for us in connection with the Cleancode Platform, such as hosting, analytics, security and fraud prevention, technical and user support, tracking and reporting usage of Cleancode Platform, marketing, and other functions. We share your information with them as necessary to perform tasks on our behalf and they are obligated to not disclose or use it for any other purpose. We use Google analytics, a web analytics service. You can prevent the storage of data relating to your use of the Cleancode Platform and created via the cookie (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout (requires you to install a browser add-on).
Sharing with our affiliates. We may information from or about you with our affiliates and require them to abide by this policy. If another company were to acquire Cora, or all or substantially all of our assets, that company would then possess any information Cora has from or about you, and will collect, use, and disclose that information solely as described in this policy.
5. Nevada Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of Nevada, Nevada law (SB 220), permits customers in Nevada to opt-out of the sale of certain kinds of personal information. A sale under Nevada law is the transfer of this personal information to third parties for monetary consideration so these third parties can then re-sell or license the sold information. Cora does not sell your personal information to third parties as defined in Nevada law. 6. Security
We have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us.
For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information on the Cleancode Platform, and they only may do so for permitted business functions. In addition, we use encryption when transmitting your personal information between your system and ours, and we, together with our partners, employ firewalls and intrusion detection systems to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your non-public information.
Please bear in mind that submission of information over the Internet is never entirely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of information you submit via the Cleancode Platform while it is in transit over the Internet, and any such submission is at your own risk.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Cleancode Platform is a general audience site and does not offer services directed to individuals under 13 years of age.
No one under the age of 13 may provide any information to or on the Cleancode Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13.
If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Cleancode Platform or on or through any of its features, do not register on the Cleancode Platform, use any of the interactive or other features on the Cleancode Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. Should an individual whom we know to be under the age of 13 send personal information to us, we will delete or destroy such information as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe we might have this type of information, please contact us.
8. Data Retention
Cora retains your personal information where we have an ongoing legitimate business need. For example, we may retain your information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Cleancode Platform or to comply with legal obligations. We may also retain copies of your personal information in our backup archives.

Cora may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about material changes to this Privacy Policy by either sending a notice to the email address you provided to us and/or by other measures that are appropriate to provide you with notice.
